Partner Account Manager - Commercial

Key Purpose

To contribute to the profitability of Vitality through holistic and structured Partner Management.

Key outputs

  • Source, negotiate and contract partners in-line with Discovery requirements.
  • Grow existing partnerships through renegotiating existing commercials and diversifying recoveries.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Enforce adherence to SLA’s by partners.
  • Resolve contractual and general escalations.
  • Work collaboratively across the internal matrix structure within Discovery to ensure all efforts with the partners are looked at holistically
  • Create a partner dashboard and ensure feedback both internally and to partners in a consistent and structured manner.
  • Build a tiered engagement model to ensure presence of Discovery in the Partner environment
  • Manage internal stakeholder’s partner requirements.
  • Understand and communicate partner financials for the development of robust financial models.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5 to 7 year’s relevant experience.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple external partners is essential.
