The company has a challenging position of Human Resources & Payroll Officer for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate who has the drive to be part of a winning team based at Head Office in Benoni.

HUMAN RESOURCES & PAYROLL OFFICER
Ref: HRO/HO – 2018

Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6): Human Resources Management
  • VIP Payroll Qualification (non-negotiable)
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in HR and Payroll
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • A valid unendorsed driver’s license of code EB (Code 8) is desirable.

Duties:

  • End to end processing of company payrolls
  • Prepare PAYE returns and reconciliations to SARS and submitting information on efile
  • Manage and Maintain Filing System
  • Monitor times & attendance system as well as the leave management system
  • Prepares UIF, SDL, Provident Fund using salary rates schedule for payment
  • Assist with end to end recruitment processes
  • Assist with all legal reporting including but not limited to EE, WSP; ATR
  • Assist with Labour Relations Matters
  • Administer the Performance Management processes.
