  • Be professional in manner, appearance and work ethic


  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of five years’ successful fundraising experience and good references
  • Proven ability to source, nurture and manage fundraising opportunities

(Examples of prior fundraising proposals/appeals will be requested)

  • Experience in international fundraising will be advantageous but is not required
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in online fundraising
  • Have a valid manual Code 8 driver’s license (own transport a recommendation)

Ability to work overtime occasionally in support of fundraising deadlines and special events
