Requirements: • Relevant B degree or BTech • 5 years’ relevant managerial
experience in a Call Centre Environment • Experience in working in an
Emergency Contact Centre Operations and Systems 24/7 environment •
Knowledge of administrative support services and applicable policies and
legislation, corporate governance principles and information systems pertaining to Call Centre operations • Knowledge of SAP, Mitel and Workforce Scheduling •A valid Code EB driver’s licence.
Key performance areas: • Manage and co-ordinate the operational workflow process of the Call Centre • Coordinate the implementation of procedures, systems and controls related to the receiving and recording of electricity incoming calls • Attend to the approval of reservation orders and/or control claims and related issues (petty cash, cell phone vouchers, etc) • Coordinate end-user requirements and responsibility levels in conjunction with specialist branch’s (Corporate Information Technology) with regards to the depot’s Information Management Systems and applications • Maintain registers and records associated with Call Centre staff establishment • Maintain and update the registers of the movable and immovable assets and specific equipment of the Depot (eg. Computers, furniture, vehicles) • Resolve conflicts and address deviations in performance levels • Maintain standards of discipline and control in Call Centre operations • Administer (Update, amend and verify) the annual tariff regarding charges related to electricity • Monitor and control expenditure and income within the Branch by receiving monthly reports and analysing expenditure • Provide input into Capital and Operating expenditure reports by establishing status of projects through consulting with project managers • Interact with area managers to consolidate, understand and clarify specific operational problems.
