Graduate Training Program
Youco Holdings is a face to face marketing events company, we do not send out emails nor are we a call center. At this point in time, we are looking to expand our management and leadership exponentially. Our training program is designed in such a way that is allows you to gain expert knowledge and experience in areas that include, Public Relations, Marketing, HR and Admin, Training and Development and Management.
• Public Relations - this is where you would learn about customer experience and how to interact with different types of people.
• Marketing is where you will learn and master the sales part of our business.
• HR/Admin, this is more the back end of the business where you would learn how to run an office, efficiently and effectively.
• Training and Development : Its now a matter of you passing on skills and developing others. Its about developing others and duplicating leadership.
• Other general administrative functions as and when required
• Targets are relevant to this position as well as a basic salary
Grade 12/ Tertiary Qualification
Marketing related qualification will be an advantage.
