SENIOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICER – PROJECT AND
SERVICE CO-ORDINATION
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R694 272 PER ANNUM

Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (B-Tech or B Degree) in Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Up to 5 years’ relevant in business process development
- Advanced level of MS Office application
- Sound project management skills and report writing ability
- Valid Code B drivers licence would be an advantage.
Key performance areas:
- Plan, manage, coordinate and facilitate a range of complex projects and programmes aimed at the development and improvement of Directorate wide business processes
- Enhance the Directorate’s ability to identify, assess, prioritise and address risks that could prevent business objective achievement
- Incorporate and align the City’s processes, programmes and initiatives relating to the IDP, policy directives and SOPs into the Directorates planning and implementation processes
- Research, analyse, and evaluate the approach, format and application of systems and procedures for both new and existing processes
- Facilitate change management initiatives and processes
- Initiate and co-ordinate communication and correspondence with various stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations.
