- A Three year qualification in Communication/ Marketing/ Customer Service/ Communication Science/ Public Relations/ Business Administration/ Customer Relations Management.
- 2 years functional experience in processing employer services, compensation benefits and customer services.
- 2 years supervisory experience Call Centre or Customer Care environment.
